Tor cairn north-west of Branscombe's Loaf

Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1007833) describes a tor cairn on the summit of Corn Ridge. It has two banks of small to medium stones built against a large rock outcrop. The outer bank is a curving rubble spread 12 metres long, 1.2 metres wide and 0.3 metres high, following the southern and western edges of the outcrop. The inner ring is 1.3 metres wide and 0.3 metres high, runs along the northern edge of the outcrop and also over the rock, which stands up to 3 metres high. The area inside the two banks is 15 metres north to south by 12 metres east to west. It is part of a cemetery of six cairns: two round cairns, two tor cairns and two ring cairns, around Branscombe's Loaf. It lies in the parish of LCPs of Bridestowe and Sourton, about 0.9 km south-west of Shelstone Tor and 2.1 km south-east of Sourton.
