Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1010692) describes a cairn on the summit of Eylesbarrow, south of the end of the Eylesbarrow contour reave and of another cairn. It is a mound of stone built up on a berm of earth and stone, 25 metres across and up to 2 metres high. Visitors have moved the stones around. It lies across the parishes of Sheepstor and Dartmoor Forest, about 1.2 km east of Combeshead Tor.
