Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1020874) describes a cairn in a prominent position on a ridge between Cocks Hill and Lynch Tor, above the valley of the River Tavy. It is a stony mound 9 metres across and up to 0.9 metres high. It lies in the parish of Peter Tavy, about 2 km east of Bagga Tor.
