Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1002520) describes four stone hut circles, with parts of the Saddlesborough reave and the Shaugh Moor coaxial field system, on a hillside overlooking the Plym valley. The huts straddle the reave. Three lie inside narrow rectangular fields of the field system, and the northern one lies outside it. Two huts abut the reave and two separate cross reaves, and the eastern hut stands free inside a field. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 2.3 km north-west of Blackalder Tor and 1.4 km east of Shaugh Prior.
The huts are from 4 to 8 metres across inside, with walls of rubble or double faced stone up to 2 metres wide and 1 metre high. The eastern hut has a cross wall inside. Other remains nearby are outside this scheduling.
