Blackalder Tor, also known as Black Alder Tor or Higher Blackalder Tor, is a striking granite outcrop located south of Lee Moor. Easily accessible from the village, the tor offers impressive views, though it is somewhat overlooked by some of Dartmoor's more famous landmarks. The main stack, with its giant central granite pile, is particularly striking, yet it receives less attention from notable Dartmoor guides.
