Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1021057) describes a hut circle settlement on the upper south-west-facing slope of Combshead Tor, above the valley of the Narrator Brook. The scheduling falls into four areas. The huts are circular or oval banks round spaces of 13.1 to 50.2 square metres, with walls 0.7 to 1 metre high. All are of upright-stone construction, two have visible doorways and one has an inner partition. It lies in the parish of Walkhampton, about 0.9 km south-east of Down Tor and 2.9 km north-east of Sheepstor.
