Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012053) describes a cairn north-west of Ditsworthy Warren House, on a west-facing slope above Meavy Pool and the north bank of the River Plym. It is a mound of stones built on a base of earth and stone that projects as a rim 0.4 metres high. The mound is 14 metres by 12 metres across and 1.5 metres high. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 0.4 km south-west of Eastern Tor and 2.5 km south-east of Sheepstor.
