Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1019222) describes a stone hut circle on a gentle east-facing slope above the Walla Brook. A circular wall of upright stones 1.3 metres wide and 0.8 metres high surrounds a space 4.2 metres across, whose floor is 0.3 metres lower than the surrounding ground. A gap in the south-east side may be the original entrance. It lies in the parish of Dartmoor Forest, about 1.8 km south-east of Stannon Tor and 1.7 km north-east of Postbridge.
