Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1010697) describes the Roughtor parallel reave, which runs about 700 metres across and down the slope between the Eylesbarrow watershed reave and Roughtor Plantation. It is a bank 4 metres wide and 1 metre high with traces of upright-stone facing in places, and a ditch on its east side that is probably later. Its south end butts the watershed reave, but they are different kinds of reave and are scheduled separately. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 1.1 km south-west of Combeshead Tor and 2.1 km east of Sheepstor.
