Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1014478) describes an enclosure and a stone hut circle on a steep west-facing slope of Little Gnats' Head, above the valley of the River Plym. The enclosure is a partly lynchetted rubble bank 2.5 metres wide and 0.5 metres high leading in an arc from the hut circle. Its east side lies buried under deep peat, so the size of the enclosed space can't be worked out. The wall is attached to the hut circle, which seems to be older than the enclosure. The hut has a bank of stone and earth 1.6 metres wide and 0.4 metres high round a space 6 metres across. Other features nearby are not scheduled because they can't yet be accurately assessed or mapped. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 0.4 km south-west of Calveslake Tor.
