Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012251) describes an enclosed hut settlement south-west of Gutter Tor. It is a sub-rectangular enclosure about 30 metres by 20 metres on a south-facing slope, bounded by a bank averaging 2 metres wide and 0.3 metres high. Inside are five hut circles, two attached to the bank and three smaller ones within it. The huts are 2 to 10.5 metres across, built of small stones and earth, with walls 0.4 to 2 metres wide and 0.3 to 1.75 metres high. The entrances are on the south sides. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 1 km west of Eastern Tor and 1.9 km south-east of Sheepstor.
