Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1018789) describes a ring cairn on a ridge above the valleys of the East Dart and the West Webburn. It is a ring of at least 22 edge-set stones up to 0.85 metres high, 8.6 metres across. In the middle is a cist running north-north-west to south-south-east, at least 1.3 metres long and 0.5 metres wide, with both side stones still visible. When it was excavated in 1903 two coils of human hair were found. It lies in the parish of Manaton, about 2 km south-west of Challacombe.
