Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1018790) describes a round cairn on a ridge between the valleys of the East Dart and the West Webburn. It is 9.7 metres across and up to 0.6 metres high. The pit in the middle marks an unsuccessful partial excavation by the Dartmoor Exploration Committee around 1897. It lies in the parish of Manaton, about 1.7 km south-west of Birch Tor and 1.7 km west of Challacombe.
