Three unenclosed hut circles south-east of Higher Tor

Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1017988) describes three stone hut circles on a south-east-facing slope of Higher Tor, above the valley of the River Taw. Each is a bank round a circular space of 32 to 50 square metres, averaging 41, with walls 0.5 to 0.8 metres high, averaging 0.63. One has a visible doorway, and all are of single or double upright-stone construction. It lies in the parish of Belstone, about 0.5 km east of Winter Tor and 2.2 km south of Belstone.
