Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1019602) describes two stone hut circles and a length of boundary walling on the west-facing slope of Rippon Tor, above Blackslade Mire. The western hut is 7 metres across inside, ringed by a stony bank 1.7 metres wide and up to 0.5 metres high, with a south-west gap that may be the doorway. The eastern is 7.6 metres across inside, with a stony bank 1.6 metres wide and up to 0.5 metres high, and the boundary wall leading south from it is made of upright stones. It lies in the parish of Ilsington, about 1 km east of Pil Tor and 2.7 km south-east of Bonehill.
