Littaford Tor
Devon
Littaford Tor sits 455 metres high on the ridge running between the more prominent Crockern Tor and Longaford Tor. It is not a large outcrop and often gets overlooked in favour of its neighbours, but it has genuine character. One end of Wistman's Wood lies directly below the summit, and from here the views stretch south towards Crockern Tor and east towards Postbridge across the West Dart valley. The Merrivale firing range lies a couple of miles to the north and west, so check before you walk.
