Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1002651) describes a prehistoric settlement and its field system on a gentle east-facing slope overlooking the valley of the North Walla Brook. The settlement has at least four stone hut circles within a field system. The huts are circular buildings with rubble and upright-stone walling up to 1.4 metres high, and the field system has several stretches of boulder and rubble walling up to 0.7 metres high. It lies in the parish of Chagford, about 1.6 km south-east of Middle Tor and 2.3 km west of Lettaford.
