Great Links Tor
Devon
Great Links Tor rises prominently on Dartmoor's north-western side, visible from most angles - it's a great place to take some photographs. At 582 metres, it's amongst Dartmoor's highest points.
The tor is dominated by several substantial granite outcrops, with a Trig point on a block to the west - really fun to try and climb when it's blowing a hooley.
A short walk away are the remains of the Rattlebrook Peat Works and the ruins of Bleak House, remnants of moorland industry and settlement. The tor's prominence and position make it a natural landmark on walks across the north-western moor.
