Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012293) describes a cairn on a south-facing slope above the River Plym, south-west of Lower Hartor Tor and close to an enclosure with hut circles. It is a heather-covered mound 11 metres across and over a metre high, with a hollow in the middle. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 0.7 km south-west of Calveslake Tor.
