Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1007980) describes a long cairn on a gentle south-east-facing slope overlooking the valley of the River Walkham. The mound is 36 metres long by 12 metres wide and stands up to 0.6 metres high. The east and west ends are stony, and the area between them is largely free of stone, apart from a broken kerb that shows best on the south side. That middle area is probably the result of early partial excavation or robbing. It lies in the parish of Peter Tavy, about 0.8 km east of Little White Tor and 3.4 km east of Peter Tavy.
