Hunt Tor sits on a lower southern spur of Woodcock Hill, between Kitty Tor and Gren Tor. It consists of a modest granite outcrop with a grassy avenue between the main rocks. The tor is less well known than others but offers good views of Great Links Tor to the south-west. A track from Gren Tor and the nearby Rattlebrook railway make it accessible, though it is a smaller and more unassuming feature compared to other tors on the moor.
