Cramber Tor is a short granite outcrop on the side of a hill, north of Devonport Leat and south of Hart Tor Brook. It has a lonely feel despite not being too remote and offers rewarding views when the weather is clear. There is an inscription of the initials 'PH' on the east side, though its origin is unknown. A trig point is located nearby.
