Tors End
Devon
Tors End sits on the eastern side of Dartmoor at just over 430 metres, a relatively modest height but commanding a wide outlook across open moorland and the surrounding valleys. The granite outcrop has the characteristic weathered form of Dartmoor peaks, shaped by centuries of exposure to wind and rain.
The approach is straightforward moorland walking, with good visibility from most angles. The tor makes a natural stopping point on walks crossing this part of the moor, offering a chance to rest and take in the expansive views towards the valleys beyond Dartmoor's eastern edge.
