Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1010593) describes a tor cairn near the summit of High Willhays, the highest point in southern England. It is a semicircular, stone-faced bank built against the south face of a large rock outcrop. The ring bank is a curving earthwork 1.5 metres wide and up to 0.7 metres high. A short stretch of the outer face on the south-west side is faced with large flat slabs, up to three courses high. That kerb probably survives elsewhere inside the ring bank as a buried feature. The area enclosed is 10 metres east to west by 7 metres north to south. It lies in the parish of Okehampton Hamlets, about 0.8 km south of Yes Tor.
