Owlacombe Burrow Rock is a non-gneissic rock face located near Haytor Vale, standing about 400 metres east of the minor road to Manaton. It marks the boundary between the parishes of Bovey Tracey and Ilsington, with a boundary stone inscribed with dates from the mid-19th century. Despite its appearance, it is not a true barrow but is believed to be related to the historic Peadington Landscore, which defined the boundaries of a large ecclesiastical estate in the eleventh century.
