Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012295) describes an enclosure on a south-west-facing slope above the River Plym, south of Lower Hartor Tor. It is sub-oval, about 110 metres by 84 metres, bounded by a bank of large stones and earth up to 2 metres wide and 1 metre high, with a possible entrance to the north-east. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 0.7 km south-west of Calveslake Tor.

Three huts stand inside, 8 to 10 metres across, with walls 2 metres thick and up to 0.5 metres high, faced on the inner side. Their entrances face south or east. A cairn lies outside the enclosure to the south-west.
