Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012209) describes a cairn with a cist about 40 metres east of the Willings Walls contour reave, on a north-facing slope above the south side of the River Plym valley. It is a low mound, 5 metres across and up to 0.2 metres high, with a cist inside a kerb of large slabs. The cist runs south-east to north-west. All its side and end slabs are present, though the end slabs have partly fallen inwards. The side slabs are 1.7 and 1.8 metres long and the end slabs 0.8 and 0.9 metres, set inside the sides, and the cist is 0.5 metres deep. The cover stone, 2.3 metres long, 1.3 metres wide and 0.4 metres thick, has been moved to the north-east. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 0.9 km north-east of Little Trowlesworthy Tor and 3.3 km south-east of Sheepstor.
The nine kerbstones are up to 1 metre high, and there is possibly a second, outer kerb of small boulders. Another cairn lies about 130 metres north-west, on the other side of the Willings Walls reave.
