Grey Wethers

Grey Wethers comprises two prehistoric stone circles on the grassy plateau north of Postbridge, near Sittaford Tor on the northwestern side of Dartmoor. Dating back roughly 5,000 years, they rank among the moorland's highest stone circles. The site is well-preserved, though views are somewhat limited by the surrounding high ground and Fernworthy Forest nearby. This is one of Dartmoor's most tangible connections to its Bronze Age past.
