Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012421) describes a cairn west of Legis Lake, just north of the boundary with enclosed land to the south. It is a grass-covered mound 8 metres across and 0.3 metres high with five stones of a kerb round it. It lies within 100 metres of a stone circle and within a few hundred metres of a stone row and other cairns. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 0.5 km west of Legis Tor and 2.2 km south of Sheepstor.
