Cairn west of Legis Lake

This cairn stands on the high ground west of Legis Lake as a monument to Dartmoor's Bronze Age past. Like many cairns scattered across the moor, it likely served as a burial site or marker for the ancient communities who lived and worked these uplands thousands of years ago.
