Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1011993) describes a cairn on a south-west-facing slope east of Scout Hut and north of Eastern Tor and the big agglomerated enclosure at Whittenknowles Rocks. It is a mound covered with grass and bilberry, 5 metres across and 0.5 metres high, with a slight hollow on its south side. It lies in the parish of Sheepstor, about 1.6 km south of Combeshead Tor and 2.3 km east of Sheepstor.
