Clive and Julia would like to welcome you to The Old Coffee House B&B. We are close to Ashburton town centre and next to the beautiful St Andrew's parish church. Our rooms overlook the very pleasant grounds of the church and the historic houses of West Street.

Ashburton, an ancient Stannary town situated within the Dartmoor National Park and just off the A38, is an ideal location from which to explore the moors and is equidistant from Exeter and Plymouth.
