The settlement has two groups of enclosures with hut circles between them. The northern group has two enclosures covering a quarter of a hectare; the earlier, western one is 32 m by 18 m and holds five hut circles joined to its wall, and the later eastern one is 40 m by 32 m with two. The southern group covers 0.13 ha in three parts, with a further hut circle linked to the earliest enclosure's wall.
Eight more hut circles lie between the enclosures, four of them joined by lengths of rubble wall that may be part of a field system or more enclosures. The huts have internal diameters of about 2 m to 3.6 m and walls 0.4 m to 0.7 m high. The settlement was surveyed by Mercer and Wilson in 1986.
