Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012631) describes one of three stone hut circles about 500 metres south-south-east of Legis Tor, on a slope facing north-west, just north of Trowlesworthy Warren and above the River Plym's south bank. It stands about 50 metres west of the other two huts and an enclosure, which are scheduled separately.
The hut is 8 metres across, with walls 1 metre thick and 0.5 metres high, and its entrance faces north towards the river. The record adds that the monument is in the care of the Secretary of State.
