Down Ridge

Grid ref: SX 6547 7168

Down Ridge is a low-lying, flat hill with little in the way of summit features. The ground becomes boggy as it flattens out, and it offers good views north and west across to Princetown. To the south lies the Monks Path and one of its crosses, with the O Brook nearby. The best approach is along the path from Hexworthy, marked on the OS maps.
