Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012286) describes a cairn with a cist on a north-facing slope close to the head of a southern tributary of the Langcombe Brook, on its west bank. The mound is 7 metres across and 0.4 metres high, with part of its kerb in place and a central cist. The cist keeps both side stones, the south end stone and the cover stone, and is 1.2 metres long, 0.5 metres wide and 0.3 metres deep. The cover stone, 1.5 metres by 0.9 metres, lies over the north end and west side of the cist. The west side slab is unusual in being vein quartz. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 1.4 km south of Calveslake Tor.
