Ugborough Beacon stands as a prominent landmark on Dartmoor, visible from the A38 as you drive past South Brent. It is a collection of granite outcrops that form a striking group, though none are particularly tall. The westernmost pile, where a cairn is located, is known as Ugborough Beacon, while the other rocks are sometimes referred to as the Beacon Rocks or Eastern Beacon.
