Two pillow mounds and a small area of tin streamwork 510m south west of Ditsworthy Warren House

This scheduled monument forms part of Willings Walls Warren, a medieval rabbit warren that once occupied this stretch of Dartmoor. The site consists of two pillow mounds, the characteristic humped earthworks where rabbits were encouraged to burrow, alongside a small area of tin streamwork showing how the moor's mineral wealth was extracted.

The warren and tinning activity sit side by side, reflecting how Dartmoor's medieval and post-medieval economy layered different uses across the landscape. Today, these low earthworks remain visible in the moorland, a quiet record of farming practices and mining that sustained communities on the edge of the high moor.
