This monument includes eight pillow mounds, a vermin trap and a series of ditches on a gentle north-facing slope of Little Trowlesworthy Tor, looking over the valley of the River Plym. The mounds are between 9.2 m and 40 m long and 0.5 m to 0.8 m high. It falls into two areas of protection. It is part of Trowlesworthy Warren, which has about 64 pillow mounds and 40 vermin traps in all.
