Two hut circles near Foxes Holt

Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1002599) describes two stone hut circles in enclosed land on the lower north-east-facing slopes of Cosdon Hill. The scheduling falls in two areas. Each hut is a circular inside up to 8 metres across, defined by partly coursed walls about 1 metre wide and 0.4 metres high, and a modern field boundary bank cuts through both. It lies in the parish of South Tawton, about 2.3 km east of Ladybrook Tor and 1.4 km south of South Zeal.
The Foxes Holt boundary stone, SZ2/DC2, stands on the same hillside about 750 metres to the west-north-west, and has its own listing.
