Five stone hut circles lie in a line at the foot of a long west-facing slope descending from Hare Tor, overlooking the valley of the Walla Brook, with a length of boundary wall. Four of the huts are circular, 4.2 m to 7 m across inside, and one is oval, 6 m by 5 m, with a wall 2 m wide and 0.4 m high. One hut has a visible doorway, and two have hollows that suggest early digging, robbing or later military reuse.
