  • Period: Bronze Age
  • Status: Four scheduled monuments (Historic England entries listed below)
  • Cairns: Five, 5.5 m to 12 m across
  • Where: The Raddick Hill plateau and the slope towards Cramber Tor and Hart Tor Brook

Away from the cairnfield, four scheduled monuments hold larger burial cairns on and around the Raddick Hill plateau. Sixty metres north of the summit is a platform cairn, 12 m across and up to 1.2 m high; the Dartmoor Exploration Committee dug into it in 1898 and found a cist, already robbed, that held a small piece of corroded bronze. Two round cairns 140 m south-west of the summit, 7.3 m and 6 m across, were opened in the same year; the smaller had a pit under a cairn of small stones, with a cist filled with charcoal and earth, and a large flat stone between them may be the capstone of the western one.

A round cairn 650 m west-south-west of the summit is steep-sided, 5.5 m across and up to 0.8 m high. Another, 280 m north-east of the summit on the slope of Cramber Tor, is 7 m across and up to 1.2 m high with a hollow in the middle. The Committee's report named it as the cairn that held the bronze, but Historic England thinks the platform cairn is the likelier source.
