Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1020011) describes the remains of a rectangular building, part of a post-medieval farmstead, on a gentle west-facing slope above the valley of the River Plym. It lies a short way east of Hentor Farm and is about the same age. It is an open-ended building terraced into the slope, with walls of edge-set upright stones 0.9 metres wide and up to 1.2 metres high, and an inside of 11.5 metres by 3.5 metres open at the west end. It is part of a well-preserved, extensive and complex landscape held in care by the Secretary of State. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 0.5 km south-west of Shavercombe Tor.
