Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1012172) describes a cairn with a cist on a north-west-facing slope south of the Shavercombe Brook and south-east of Shavercombe Tor. The mound is 4 metres across and 0.6 metres high, with a central cist 1.3 metres long, 0.6 metres wide and 0.4 metres deep. The south end and both side slabs are there, and the cover stone, 1.5 metres long and 1.3 metres wide, lies on the cist somewhat out of place. Several other cairns lie close by. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 0.6 km north-east of Hen Tor.
