Metheral Hill sits between Steeperton Tor and Cosdon Hill, jutting into Taw Marsh. It has a flat top offering good views across to Cosdon and the Belstone Tors, though the best vantage is at the far end. The approach from Hound Tor is recommended, with a spot height stone marking the high point. Paths run either side, but the Steeperton side can be boggy.
