Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1003294) describes Lizwell Bridge, a bridge with two spans over the East Webburn River in a steep wooded valley. It is two low rounded arches, each 2.5 metres long, which meet on an islet in the river and are joined by a causeway. The arches are dressed granite and the rest is slate rubble. The bridge is up to 3.2 metres wide and the parapets are extremely low. On the north side at the centre a granite pillar with fixings suggests the bridge was once gated. It lies across the parishes of Widecombe in the Moor and Buckland in the Moor, about 0.7 km north of Blackadon Tor and 1 km north-east of Leusdon.
