Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1002664) describes a stone hut circle on the lower northern slopes of Old Hill, in the valley of the Middle Brook close to its junction with the Bala Brook. It has a circular inside up to 5 metres across, defined by upright-stone walls up to 1.8 metres wide and 0.5 metres high, with no clear entrance. Other remains nearby, some scheduled and some not, are outside this scheduling. It lies in the parish of South Brent, about 1.7 km west of Shipley Tor.
