Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1013177) describes a cairn on a north-west-facing slope above the River Plym, north of Giant's Hill. It is a mound 9 metres across and 0.6 metres high, built of earth and a lot of stone, with a hollow in the middle, and it is covered in heather. It lies within 100 metres of several enclosures with hut circles on Giant's Hill. It lies in the parish of Shaugh Prior, about 0.8 km north of Shavercombe Tor.
