Historic England's scheduling record (list entry 1018911) describes two stone hut circles and a field on a gentle west-facing slope of Lints Tor, above the West Okement River. The western hut is 4 metres across inside, ringed by a rubble wall 1.1 metres wide and 0.3 metres high. The eastern is 4.4 metres across inside with a rubble wall 1 metre wide and 0.4 metres high, and a south-facing gap in the wall may be a doorway. The field lies just south of the western hut, 42 metres by 24 metres, with surface stone cleared and thrown into an elongated heap along the downslope side, up to 18 metres long and 6 metres wide. It lies in the parish of Dartmoor Forest, about 1.1 km east of Kitty Tor.
