Teign-e-ver Clapper Bridge is a footbridge over the North Teign River on Gidleigh Common. Two long, rectangular granite slabs lie side by side across the stream and are held in place by iron bands. The abutments and the nearby banks are built of large granite blocks. The list entry calls it probably 19th century.
It stands about 60 metres from Wallabrook Clapper Bridge, which crosses the Walla Brook just before that brook joins the North Teign. The two are easy to tell apart: Wallabrook has a single slab and Teign-e-ver has two. The Tolmen Stone and Scorhill Stone Circle are also close by, so the three bridges, stone and circle can be taken on one walk.
