This scheduled monument consists of the earthwork remains of a Bronze Age settlement: a cluster of stone hut circles with associated field boundaries and enclosures spread across the moorland. The hut circles are the foundations of roundhouses, their stone walls now reduced to low banks and rings in the turf.
